We have drunk the Google Kool Aid. Instead of hosting email, we point at a Google business account for Monarch and our customers. We use Google docs, Google Voice, and so forth. The biggest problem our customers have had in moving away from Microsoft Outlook and Office has been using their mail and applications off line.
