Advanced Event Calendar

 When Monarch inherited the Pueblo site and their event calendar, all the basics were already set up.  To really fulfill the needs of the community, Monarch was charged with enhancing the calendar to accomplish the following:

• Add various categories, locations and ages and allow selection of the categories in conjunction with date range fields and the calendar.
• Add direct selection of categories from the main menu.
• Provide featured events for today, this week and this month based upon the popularity of the event on the site.
• Provide a moderated workflow for citizens to submit and event for publication on the site.
• Automatically feed in events from a variety of Pueblo organizations' web sites without duplication.
• Provide feeds from this master calendar to other organizations in the region.

With all of these new features, the Pueblo calendar is a central location for events throughout the county.
