In the days of the newspaper business, there was significance to having your story "above the fold". Visitors to web sites will scroll down a page, but the content that is seen immediately is more likely to be read.
Each of the Colorado Department of Correction facilities has a wealth of information on their individual facility pages, ranging from facility history, visitation information, programs, location and much more.
Monarch was able to give visitors to each facility page a quick and easy way to identify what information is available on the page and easily reach it... without navigating to a separate page. Each facility page have standard categories of information. Each category is preloaded with the page, but a visitor need only click on the category button to see that information.
As each visitor has their own specific information needs on the facility page, the visitor can quickly navigate to their specific needed information without delay.
