BETR Project
The BETR (Business and Education Talent Readiness) Project is one of the Workforce Development Programs of the Colorado Deparatment of Labor and Employment.
The mission of the BETR Project is to encourage youth to learn about employment opportunities, preparing them for the workforce. The BETR web site is the centerpiece of that effort.
The BETR Project site absolutely needed online video. The BETR Project wanted the ability to have young people learn about employment options open to them via "Reel Biz" videos, in which a virtual tour of the business would be displayed. (Monarch Digital was responsible for the production of these videos).
Because of the dynamic nature of the multimedia included and a constantly updated website, a robust content management solution was key. Monarch Digital provided solutions for video and for effective content management within a very short span of time and we continue to support and update the site as needed.
