Web site support
After your site is finished, Monarch can provide ongoing support for your site. We provide you with a safety net so you can work with your site and know that Monarch can jump in when necessary. This support can include:
- Keeping underlying code up to date...
- Being available for support requests...
- Keeping your underlying code up to date, keeping it safe from security breaches. If your site is a Drupal site, this includes keeping your Drupal core code and all add-on modules up to date.
- Being available for ongoing support requests. In most cases, we provide support on all issues up to a predefined number of hours per time period. Support requests could include assistance in formatting a page, creating advanced features on your site, or even adding content to save you time.
Normally, support plans accompany a hosting plan if your site is hosted on Monarch's servers.
Support plans vary based upon how much you'd like Monarch to do for you. If you're self sufficient or your site will seldom change, you might want to select a smaller support plan. The larger plans are a better value.

Hourly support outside of a support plan is $100 per hour (1 hour minimum.) You can purchase additional or upgraded support packages at any time.
